The "mental age"by definition
isn't our chronological age,or,
our biological age......
it's our intellectual age...
Like a computer
we are only as good as
the information we input
We all experience trauma
negative event's,also
surrounded by influences
which minimize our self thought
.....low self esteem....
take's away the steam
from our higher selve's
true opportunity toward
extended growth......
So,while we enjoy the excitement
of the "SOAP OPERA"lifestyle
tagging behind the papparazzi
envisioning the life of the"STAR'S"
Remember,inside you is a star ready to soar !!
