This Poem is dedicated to Bindu here on on Poetry Soup!!!
Have you ever missed the taste of sweet honey?
Have you ever longed for the smell of a red fragrant rose?
Have you ever lusted after fresh baked morning bread?
Or a wine Cabernet, to mellow the soul
I wonder who misses the beauty of a woman’s smile
Or fresh coffee, on a seaside cafe
As a poet misses words
I am longing
For the sweet prose of Bindu
Like emerald clouds floating by
Wistfully I daydream
She finds her pen nearby her paper heart
Who would not wish for all of creation, before him?
