I was alone amongst millions, alone in the ocean, In a swim with an ultimate gift. I had to focus on the end, to give it all I had, So I could announce that I actually exist. My peers started slowing, deciding to drown, There were deaths, by the millions, all around. But I didn’t look back, kept focussed on the prize, Ignoring the whole bloodied battleground. Yes! I was first to the goal, But others soon reached the end too. Then it occurred, the race just begun, The winner was the first to break through. So I directed my energy, all that I had, Crazy in my head, I was wild. And I pushed on to gold, to the egg of my life, To become a beautiful child.
