Biggest Mistake

Tell me lies
As you look in my eyes

Yes I wasn't right either
But I can't tell her that

Why don't we just pretend
We will be together till the end

Instead we are not friends
I guess things just end

Another draft is penned
Yes dreams were planned

But then i woke up
Pour some more wine in that cup

It's time to forget the past
I guess some things just never last

And sometimes you have to wake
I truly hope

I wasn't your biggest mistake
