Big City Life Kills
I wake and stare at the people outside my window at night.
Boy do I love this big city life.
I sometimes ride down to the park on hot summer’s nights.
Just to watch the hoochie momma’s shaken their thing all night.
Damn, I love this big city life...
I hang out with the boyz on the corner at night.
Boy do I love this big city life...
I did my first ride by the other night.
Boy do I love this big city life...
My girl just had my child last Friday night.
Boy do I love this big city life...
We celebrated her birth by getting high.
Then all of a sudden I was the victim of a ride by.
Now, here I lay in the trauma ward fighting for my life...
I had now become the latest victim of this big city life.
