Big Brothers Gift

Again, I admire my new watch, Ticking ever constant, ever faithful, Reliable. Just like my brother. How to repay him, I wonder. We are a world apart In hobbies, so giving gifts Is a mystery to me. He never says what he wants. I Care I Search, I really do. No luck. Maybe my role is getting spoiled Like little brothers should, And my gift to him Is that he can spoil me anytime.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts about sibling love through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
