It is as bad as I've made it out to be. The questions are: Does anybody care? and How much worse is it than TV really? In some ways, it's simply a more convenient, more pervasive form of the same thing, i.e., thought control. bwa-ha-ha! ~ gw

It's frightening how Orwellian society is today, isn't it?! I couldn't have imagined it when I first the read the book (in about 1967). :) gw
