Big Brother

I always wanted a big brother
We could play seek and hide
But not snoop upon one another
	That I could not abide.

We’ve a big brother in front of us
	On a bright shiny screen
We feed it our secrets with no fuss
But shocked when they are seen…

This ‘cloud’ has not a silver lining
	No rainbow can be found
For if you choose to share everything
	Your book is open bound!

Think twice ‘fore you let big brother in
Choose how you share your life
Tread carefully before you begin
Or you’ll find naught but strife!

It gossips and spreads your bad actions
For all the world to see
Never caring for your reactions
Not a big brother to me!
