Big Blue Marble
Sometimes we forget
We are travelling through the cosmos
On a big blue marble
We are a mere speck
In our vast universe
Driving on our big blue marble
I glance at the speed limit signs
Whizzing by at 90 mph
When I notice the blue lights
In my rearview mirror
So I cannot help but ask
"What does it matter
That I am doing 90
As we speed through space
At 66000 mph"?
"Tell it to the judge"
The cop tells me
He isn't thinking about
Our big blue marble
