Big Bang Theory

A priest describes his equivalent
Of the big bang theory
He said imaging an explosion
That takes place in a printing factory

Ink is splattered in the air
But not all over the place
Only coating the metal letters
As they fly through time and space.

The metal letters strike the papers that float
Gently toward the ground
And pile perfectly one on top of the other
With the edges in gold and leather bound

And when you walk in the aftermath
Look down at the pile you will smile
For you will see a perfect copy of
The King James Version Bible.

What are the chances of that happening?
The Big Bang Theory is for scientists you see
Believing in what is in the bible is for me.

wow! you have lots of good titles here. I will come back to most. By the way! "wow! your spell bounding version of words are captured perfect in this poem. A little crazy with happy thoughtful emotions to go through. Amazing with them deep thoughts. But, like you said at the end, ( believing in what is in the bible.. he he he! )I really did enjoyed the ending. take care,..p.d.
