Beyond Repair

Barbed wire.
In my heart.
Pulling tighter
Ripped apart.

X of tape
Across my mouth.
Silenced me
In my house.

Bruises lay
Upon my arms.
Its the proof
Of the harm.

Along with kisses;
From a blade.
That eases hurt
And eases pain.

Inside me
Is a war.
Weary dread
Is all I bore.

Fighting self
And all my pain.
Deathly wish
That I restrain.

What to do?
What to see?
What to hear?
Just let me be.

I hate myself
Beyond repair.
So leave me be
Its only fair....
