Beyond Reach

Beyond Reach Conceived out of wedlock to a stranger or betrothed. Hidden from familiar voice. Stress makes you kick and squirm. Afraid of what's to come in… out of the light. Sadness felt through the navel. Water droplets echo like a dripping faucet in your cell(s)…tears. Wishing you were bigger and stronger to escape like your mother. In a prison awaiting your death sentence. The ultimate secret are you, to keep the faithful from leaving. No vote… No voice… No choice… Just a cry in the dark.

Thank you. This was just dropped on me a couple of months ago. I was lied to for the past 20 years. It's a hard time in my life right now.

Quite sad for the one not asked to be born. Sometimes the journey is forced upon you till the time the road becomes your own.

Quite sad I was never given a voice or choice in it. I'm forced to live with this torment and try to stay on the road. I appreciate the comment and insight.
