Between Mirrors
Stand between two mirrors,
One in front and one in back,
The copy that is nearer,
Is the closest to your past...
A thousand pictures of you,
Start to fill the empty space,
Cascading into a queue,
As another takes its place...
Much deeper than illusion,
On a scale of such immense,
Repeating one conclusion,
Like a veil as you condense...
It's the only time it seems,
All thoughts become as one,
In images of you in stream,
So infinite in sum...
Stand between two mirrors,
And then tell me what you see,
What doesn't become clearer,
Somehow wasn't meant to be...
