Between Lavender and Jasmine

I long to taste the lust upon your lips,
While touching love that shines within your eyes,
Beneath the stars, you and I, and time slips
Away; replaced by wonder in our sighs.
Your gentle kiss that moves my very soul,
Awakens me as the breeze from the sea,
In waxing light I see you full and whole,
And feel your breath that leads to destiny.
Between the lavender and jasmine scent,
Our hearts are lost yet found in a love song,
To rise as one in the lunar assent,
As to our passion we both now belong.
My darling, your love is the tidal wave,
That brings desire my dreams can only crave.
