Oh a fall from a bike can be serious. I hope you’re really ok. Yes, cold compresses can do wonders for bruises and pain. Glad you were applying them while being on PS today. Have a blessed Sunday :)

Thanks dear poet friend Sus. Hope i'll get better in 1 or 2 wks. Got some bruises and pain from a sudden fall. Applying cold compress while at PS. A blessed Sunday!
