Better the Devil You Know

It is so unfair - you’d think I would’ve learnt by now, seen the signs.
They always look so incredibly good, luring me in and before I know it,
the feelings take over, I fall for the moment...............................

I eat the chocolate bar without a second thought, calories are so evil.

Oh i hear you....eating the 'bad' food definitely can't be justified when you have a personal trainer lol.....also when one discovers how difficult it is to work those damn calories off ....yep difficult to Justify for sure :)

For me it's not so much chocolate now as salty foods. Boy, keep that potato chip bad FAR away from me. Good poem.

Oh - how I laughed at this until I remembered the agony I'm going through this year - and you can discover what it is if you watch out for my latest poem - definitely inspired by you, Shaz. It will always be YOUR poem, when I think of it.
