Better Now

Even though I'm without you, I'm better now Thought you were a queen you proved you wasn't worthy of my crown You took the sword and stabbed my heart once I got to the castle to save you I realised I was a better man by learning to love and fix myself instead of saying I hate you The words I was unable to say, my pen will tell I was who you turned to, and I caught you when you fell Held you up, I didn't realise you were pulling me down I thought you were a queen, little did I know you were wearing a stolen crown I'll overcome it all, until then I'm bearing it Pride got in the way, you shouldn't have been wearing it You screwed over a guy that was all about you One day you'll wake up with regret, but I know I'm better off without you I'm not going to lie, I would have gave you Everything Protection, Love, time, effort and a Wedding ring I went through hell for you just so you could hear Heaven sing It makes me sick to my stomach knowing you're Bedding him But this is a choice you made you will later regret It's your loss because a girl out there will realise I'm the best You weren't a queen, you were wearing a stolen crown Thank you for showing your true colours because I'm better now
