Better In Time

I got million things to say to you.
From what starting point shall I begin?
My tongue is tied at the moment…
I’m embarrassed to express it.
I’m apologetic.
Remorse.

One thing I know about us…
We were fated to love and learn about life.
We were bounded to live our visions.
For our families,
For our future,
For both of us.

Maybe we were too rapt with our goals
We forget to save our love.
We were drowned with our doubts
How could this be?
We think of uncertain…
A paranoia.

Maybe there is something left in me.
As much as you also have for me at this point
to patch two hearts that were broken.
I volunteer for reconciliation…
For forgiveness
For closure, maybe?

If only I have to wait for years to reinstate what we had lost today
I will patiently wait for that moment.
I guess it’s our silence that would give us a temporary relief
from these heartbreaks and misunderstanding.
Let’s just wait until it will come.
Soon.
