Betrayal
There are those who seek my destruction
the completion of their plans haunt me so
they try at will to annihilate my thoughts
they try oh they try
but none can succeed against me now
like hunter with a bow I stalk my hunters
skill upon skill
like steel against steel
for my essence they will not steal
my breathe in the cold wouldn't betray me
no fumes in the air just silence
not like the cowards at my back door
they sneak around and hide in corners
friends and family I thought I could depend on
try so earnestly to feed upon me
but my blade shall cut out their tongues
and and open up a new era
one like no one has ever seen before
from the northern plains to the southern flats
my tale shall reverberate though out the halls of time itself
