Betrayal

Creepy crawly chills,
Up along your spine,
Wondering who keeps watching you,
All the time,

Watching over your shoulders,
Everytime you go out,
Keep having these bad thoughts,

A gut feeling,
Feeling sick to your stomach,
When you look back around,
It becomes more uneasy,

A tall slinky woman,
With a knife in hand,
Wearing a hooded sweatshirt,
To hide her disguise,

Thinking what did you do,
That really upsets her to,
How about sleeping with her man,
Is where it's betrayal and truth,

Thinking you could lie,
And hide what's inside,
So much for the camera that was implanted,
In the shade of a lamp inside,

Her husbands throat already slashed,
Betrayal will take your life,
Just like the knife,
Behind her back,

Dropping to your knees,
Asking for forgiveness,
Hoping she will spare you,
For now your life is meaningless,

She shoves the knife in the ground,
Just between your legs,
Tells you now,
"The blood is on your hands for your betrayal"......
