We've been the best of friends for years,
So let no one mis-interpret,
The bond we've made thru laughs and 
tears,
Beyond what seems so perfect...
And never once do we suggest,
That lies hide our intention,
It's because of you I have the best,
Of things that others mention...
So true to heart and one I trust,
To confide with any secrets,
And many times you were the "must",
I'd have to tell to keep it...
Some others may not understand,
But don't hold it against them,
Since I'm the boy who's grown a man,
And don't need to convince them...
That even when some time has passed,
And we haven't seen each other,
You can count on me to make it last,
From this lifetime to another...
