Best Friends
True friends, a sheltering tree,
Bringing out the best in us.
Trust and love so mutual,
Envy has no place here at all.
In good times and bad,
They stay with us, no matter the odds.
No matter what the world does,
Our true friends remain in love.
Upholding us even in defeat,
That is why they are called best friends.
