When he whispers, I'll love you forever,
and his words resonate deep in your heart;
I think it is the best feeling ever.
You'll never tire of hearing it, never;
for your romantic heart gets a jumpstart;
when he whispers, I'll love you forever.
Soulmates forge a bond that time can't sever:
he calls you baby; you call him sweetheart;
I think it is the best feeling ever.
Fear can set your pulse throbbing, however,
your anxieties, instantly depart;
when he whispers, I'll love you forever.
When you harbor no doubts whatsoever
and you know: come what may, you'll never part;
I think it is the best feeling ever.
You long to hear those sweet words whenever
anxieties and doubts threaten, to start.
