Benediction

Not every dark cloud signals rain,
Not every burn leaves a scar,
And not every tear signals pain.
Not all in the celestial of night is a star,
Not everything that derails is a train,
And not all that stops before red is a car.
But all that rides the tide of living soon dies,
Yet in his ascension his glory lies.
