beneath us all

       remember the core
there is no pain in magma
        I was there before
you were all inside with me
and will go back to re-pour

David, I see this as a recipe for good health. If we can change our outlook on the "rocks" that have lodged in our brain, we can "melt" them and live each day free from any worry and despair that resides there. A very inspiring write, sir. Sending smiles your way!!
