Beloved Pet
My best friend ever
Comes from a place
Some wonderful kingdom
That's a fine state of grace
Where love is essential
But easily given
Acceptance-not judgement
True alliance-not driven
Love in big doses
And basic needs met
That's all my best friend
Has asked of me yet
I give this quite gladly
Would give so much more
To have this sweet being
Always here to adore
