Beloved Bliss At the End of 'Forever Young Trail'

many ways we can go
we always choose the same
you smile
i smile
we go on our way
the prize at the end always seems to be reserved for only us
our favorite spot remains in the exact same spot after all these years
God is Here because You Are Here

many steps we can take
we always choose to sit
you remind me of a poem i wrote a good bit back
i correctly guess 'in an area where i sit'
i say 'nobody really read that poem'
you say with a playfully offended look, 'why i did, silly'
i rejoice at the most beautifully rare honor and privilege
God is Here because You Are Here
