Bellana

I walk among these Woodlands
Searching for the serenity of nature
To forsake the spite of man
Unbeknownst to me I'm being followed
Stocked by autumn eyes, a voice in the wind
A land of contorting trees spread forth
An icey hand placed upon my shoulder, it feels like death
She looks frail, like a smoldering flame
But she has the essence of a grand panorama
Suddenly my heart felt forged across the forest
Her name is Bellana
It feels like my forlorn soul will fade
She saw right through me. we walked down the river
Siting in reflection of life and disdain
She offered a crimson flow, cleansing the wound of spirit
I touched her flesh unto this moment
It felt like my body was embraced by the dawn
She spoke
Will I be a man eroded by the burden
Or shall I be a citadel of stone
This is a feeling more gentle than snowfall
Sweeter than amber nectar
In the grace of lugubrious spirit
To be etched by wonder
