Belladonna

Belladonna,
the mask of leaves,
I wear you in the evening
to make my dreams complete,
to envelop me, teach me,
remind me of why I am
a man-
Belladonna, true poison,
help me understand.

I love your use of visionary words here, I felt as if I was inside of your poem.
