Believer

We are all survivors of circumstances
Striving for a world of peace
Yet the path is curved and crooked
Voices are silenced into compliance

Those who weep of unresolved issues
Where visions of reality begins creating reality
Virtually washing people's minds with half truths
There is no pardon for elusive excuses

The believer clings on to faith
In the midst of deafening silence
Solemnly believes in hope and love
That will eventually outshine all false echoes

Blessed is the believer
Who faithfully prays for the weak
Keeping pure and light inside one's soul
Never letting go of the promise made to the Heavens
