Being Alive

BEING ALIVE

If you look deeply honestly
You can see it in the eyes a vastness
Something beyond wild there is
Something beyond fear
Beyond love

Is it a drive?
A responsibility for simply being alive?
A being part of some incredible enormity
Yet in part so miniscule

Wondering?
Pondering?
Asking why?
You look upward into the endless depth of sky

This makes my mind want to drift into the aloneness of just being. A way to escape from the pressures we face every day. A deep poem that gives a feeling of peace while reading it. Luv, Elizabeth

I used to do that. I learned to trust in God first, and let others follow behind, it works well. He is not only my salvation but my sanity also. Take good care, and hopes the whole New Year brings prosperity and happiness. Roll n on, :)
