Behoove

He misconstrued my intention of friendship
Forver sealing our fate to be acquaintances
Married to others with a nagging sense of loss
Keeping our mates at bay away from true intimacy

It's sad when this happens. If I am reading correctly its meaning. I came back here in some older poems to tell you what was on the news about Ashton. He was with another woman messing around in a hot tub on his anniversary night. I think that shows a great deal of insensitivity. It's bad enough to be unfaithful but to do it on a night that should be sacred to them both, that's what put me off on that guy forever! (he has become really full of himself, you can see it in his commercials)

Doris, this one makes me feel so sad for you! I have been fortunate enough to consider myself intimate with more women than I care to remember, most of whom I have never even shaken hands with. Not all intimacy is physical. Well done dear lady. I will keep thyis one on my favs list. Love, Will

You're there!! I don't think you need to work on it further, Doris. This description of friendships versus lovers is right on target. Excellent work! Love, Carolyn
