Behind the Wall of Sleep

In my slumber I am wide awake,
Though my restless mind is tired.
A wall of sleep
Beckons.
Behind it I reside.
My dreams are filled
With still shots of your smile.
So please,
For my sake,
Do not oblige.
I do not wish to rise today.
