Behind Back There

"Behind Back There"



I guess you were the one for me
           To comfort & care
I guess it was a mistake
                                To leave you behind back there

And things came together
                                      And things fell apart
                      Didn't matter what kind of day
                                                 You remained in my  heart

                                                        And they may take away
                                                                         The meaning of it all
                                                             But while they use a shot
                                                                         Our glass is much more tall

                                                                       And they may leave it be
                                                    Pretend to walk away
                                        All I see is whats said in your face
                                                          I cant hear a single word they say

                                                     And I guess you were the one for me
                                                          To comfort & to care
                                                                   I know it was a huge mistake
                                                   To leave you behind back there
