Before You Go I Want You To Know
The times we shared were both good and bad.
But before you go I want you to know
You once held a special place in my heart,
There once were these feelings I could not stop.
I know I had my moments of insecurities and loud outburst
But that was because I was hurt.
Before you go I want you to know
I won’t be stuck on you forever,
I plan to find someone better.
A man that can handle the changes I go through,
Not a little boy like you.
You use to make my heart skip a beat,
But that was when I was weak.
