Before the Quake
Baby smiles in the hammock
Mother responds with sweetness
Human mind cannot predict
Unlike the signs of doom
Many plans are written
In to-do lists
Not knowing that
A thousand care and dreams
Would disappear in minutes
And the floor shakes...
