Before My Eyes

my thoughts drift
when I look to starry night
prayers with aplomb
consulting our Lord

approving star winks
clouds silhouette the moon
whiz kiss upon lighten cheek
chase the night
morning charm

before my eyes
enormity of earth
to fit in one hand

winks, silhouette, whiz, enormity, all words I always mean to use, but almost never do. I like these words a lot, and think your poem is profoundly pretty and you have done a great job here.

Pondering on these lines I confirm our minuteness when compared to His creative immensity, Eve. Hugs // paul

Nicely done images, Eve ... The last three lines are fascinating ...
