Before 18

Before 18
Is not funny any more
This crisis never end
In the third worlds
Every four years is same story
In different ways in Africa
Brothers and sisters dying
Every corner of the world
Is never a breaking news
Please show me the boss
Show me hiso office
He needs to see how
The young dreams are a nightmare

Before 18
Is not funny any more
Cos I was told that the youths
Are the great future of tommorow
Oh God could this be the biggest lie
I ever had to know
How ignorance and silence
To our needs
Becomes the out cry of every youth
As young as we are
From our early age
We are never far from abuse
Before 18

Before 18
Please I tell you
Is not funny any more
How this life of the third words
Is like a hell and a torture
Why must we always dwell on
Same brutality
Always trigger my spirit
To pull light in to darkness
Our life are always on same story
Our men are most commoner
Our women sexualities
Are not with moral no more
Our young women at teenage age
Are already enslaved to sex by poverty
That make me more crazy
In a dying world
Cos at our early age
In the third worlds
It difficult never to be abused
Before 18
