I wear my clothes with dignity
My white lace shirt over my knees
I smile my smile to the one who sees
I am this boy, their eyes on me
I smile again for I don't care
For me no shame, I've been there
Too much is labelled, boxed away
My wheelchair, stutter, facial tics
No more of hiding, for me no fix
Accept me or not, I will stay
I smile again for I don't care
For me no shame, I've been there
