Thanks for reading so many of my poems, by the way ... you remind me of the things I nearly forgot about!

My first thought was a dog actually (course my brother used to have a pooch named Harley... lol). I like how that last line could be taken a couple different ways - either you or the bike.

The moment I posted this his snoring tapered off to acceptable decibels, like he knew or something. I wanted to fit in riding b*tch" but that's a taboo word around here, much to my chagrin. It has been endeared to me, my first dog most magnificent. ;),

My husband had one of those once. But we hardly used it when 2008 came along and wiped us out. So we sold it half of what we paid for it! In older days, Joe took me around on other motorcycles to those big events they hold for enthusiasts. We had some fun days!

I've been to North American & Worlds Bike Courier race events, I imagine the feeling being much the same, just a lot less noisy and a lot more drinking and riding ;), xomo

I loved the purr of my BMW 600; Harleys always sounded like a crippled duck to me, so let love Triumph! Aloha! Rico

So cleverly expressed. I had a dog once who snored, I should have named him Harley.

And wouldn't you know it, the moment I posted this he turned over like a Triumph. Funny you mention the beer, he hasn't snored like that since giving up the BSA (Brad Snores Ale) ;), xomo!

The tt practices were due to start at the end of May Mo you can't begin to imagine how quiet it will be and what a massive blow it is to the tourism of the Island, so many businesses will struggle especially hotels. On a good side the brewery is selling off its beer cheap to get rid of stocks

Lol! The Biker's Church is just around the corner from me, if this social distancing keeps up it will be an unprecedented quiet summer here. Thank you David! ~ mo ;),
