Bedroom Eyes

Bedroom Eyes

I have these big blue bedroom eyes
As if this comes as some surprise
You’ve read my poems
You’ve guessed my ego
You know that I’m
My best amigo
Narcissism if you name it
I guess I would have to claim it
You know there will be no rejection
When I see my own reflection
I see a mirror, I can’t pass it
My love for me is just so tacit
With thoughts like this I must surmise
I have these big blue bedroom eyes

Again this poem is tongue in cheek
My eyes are old and awful weak
They’re blue of course, as for the rest
They used to always past that test
