Become part of the hope that is dawning
I began this journey
Pure and empty as a child
Always learning and reflecting
Constant questions about life
My thoughts and ideas were strange
Because I didn't belong in this world
I was an angel sent from above
My special gifts and magic to unfurl
Creating love and light each day
Igniting souls along the way
No matter the hate or darkness
I persevered and I kept praying
For God had a plan through me
As much as I might wish it not so
He sent me on many missions
He wanted everyone to know
Love and light is possible
Peace and harmony is in our souls
We just have to make an effort
To connect with the celestial whole
Where we unfold our own magic
And uncover the greatest mysteries
For every one of us is an art form
Part of the universe's meaning
My journey will continue
And I hope that I have inspired yours
That you will embrace your love and light
Become part of the hope that is dawning
Do you see it yet?
Maybe you will in the near future
Because you can glow incandescent
And shine the light right through
Through to every woman and man
Through the darkness in the void
Through every quark and galaxy
Through every girl and boy
Like me, you'll embrace this journey

For God has a plan through us
As much as we might be afraid
And one day Good will win the fight
