Beauty Exposed

The redbud covered with lavender
Beauty exposed by a golden sun
Morn's cold damp air saturated
With crows, coos, cheer-up sounds 

So pleasant the surroundings
On this cold crisp spring day
Nature offers entertainment
If we stop and look at its display

So grand a visualization
Soft the tunes so grand
Much better than TV's line-up
Mostly the same, all canned

The news either horror stories
Or lies on the political front
A station putting down our leaders
They love to tromp on Trump 

Where is the respect for authority
Even if the one who's there deserves none
Should we not respect the office
If you don't like them why don't you run?

Charlie, Thanks for dropping by and sharing your thoughts. I appreciate the time spent here. The office of the president should be respected and people should do so. The men who go in there should try to live a life above but we are all humans who make mistakes in our lives and the job of each of us is to forgive those mistakes. Sometimes that is not easy. Making mistakes is the easy part of life isn't it. Sara

Not everybody can run for the respected office, like not everyone can do a surgery or build a bridge. It requires some know how, education, experience. You started with exposing a true beauty and left us with tromping the Trump. The office is nothing when the officer is a womanizer, a liar... more than 25 people resigned from their offices in the white house because of him. Good write regardless.

It s a really nice written poem and an enjoyable one to read, well as for office,there is a system of democracy, we ourselves choose the president and then we face the consequences, if we don t like a person, just don t vote it, but still things are way bad especially in Pakistan, in last elections there was alot of rigging, the result totally shock the Pakistan, same happens in America I guess because people were keen to see Clinton,anyway it was a really nice write

Faraz, Well, some people in America are totally unhappy with the end results of the election outcome as far as president goes. SS, I can imagine that would be cold and uncomfortable but I guess since you live where the winters are like that you are prepared for the weather.
