Beauty

Beauty, where are you?
I search you everywhere
But you are here sitting comfortably
In this eye by which I see you
And you are in that eye, too
By which you see me

Beauty, where are you?
You are in a mystery
That mystery, too, is nested in you

You are in the beginning
And at the end
But never in truth
As it is not unchangeable

If the light of logic is defeated
What is left that must be dark
The base of you
In which you disguisedly reside
