Beautiful Zombies
Physically they are attractive, handsome, pretty!
Their structured bodies are just frames,
Within them sadness reigns
Those dear to them treat them like preys.
They are dead living...
Not the living dead!
Their graveyards are the frequent tree they hibernate to whenever disoriented.
You would think they are here with you
Only to realise their planet is indifferent
Due to the stoic lifestyle, they are fogged in.
No! they did not volunteer to trot along that path.
Yes they are beautiful zombies
Society turns deaf to their cries yet they are trophies.
Because they see them as torpid!
and illegal for families to discuss that depression topic!
The very same families and friends are all to be blamed,
blamed for this soul massacre.
Whenever they cry out for help we pass them speeding like a racing car.
Until death takes its toll that's when we seem to care!
Being in an apathetic state is not a chosen hobby
The victim can't even recognise his or her true copy,
True that, behind that pretty face resides a zombie!
Behind that handsome face is a habitat of a zombie!
Beautiful zombies who hide behind yesterday's shadows
We laugh with them and fail to see beyond their sorrows
They just want to bury their agony in shallow furrows
Meanwhile, they envy the joyful life we exhibit and parading to them like headless parrots!
Day in day out a soul resorts to pills and portions
We persecute them when they resort to abortion!
Hmm! this is a Sad world we live in.
