Beautiful Vision

I cannot tell if the woman is reaching for the crescent moon
Or letting the moon loose, back into the sky
My imagination needs nothing prettier to see tonight
She is a goddess, shaped like a Vargas queen.
The kind of model we saw half clad in the forties
It matters not what she is doing
I cannot take my eyes off her
She is the most beautiful vision in the sky tonight

Nicely-written. I remember oogling many a pic of a "half clad in the forties." I was nine/ten years old. We found my grandpa's stash!

I bet they were Vargas girls - they are beautifully drawn!
