Beautiful Symphony
Not a ghost of memory
Yet your face still haunts me
Your blue eyes twinkle as before
As your gaze engages
You are interested once more
I feel my insides soar..
To new heights where I catch my breath
And more, much more
You want to be here, more than you don't
And it is brilliant
Please don't leave again
Now you are in from the stinging rain
Your hands feel cool to the touch
Still soft and pretty, I love them too much
To let go. Just so you know..
Every moment has been precious
The taste of your presence
Once again, delicious
Your voice is a symphony
On this sofa, sat next to me
Friendship's fragrance lingers
In hopeful eternity
My senses are brimming
As I return to reality
