Beautiful Power of Love
It's when your heart beats faster each time that person speaks
You have no control over it, it just beats, beats, beats.
Your throat goes dry, you can hardly speak
Butterflies fill your stomach and your knees go weak.
You realize this is something far more than you had imagined
And so you savour the moment and let your hair blow wild in the wind.
There's nowhere else you want to be right now
You are wrapped up in your own little world, struck with awe.
This is true love, you're definitely convinced
A powerful feeling, so strong, happening in just a blink.
You thought it would never happen to you
And you are amazed at what fate has brought you.
