Bear With Each Other

Bear With Each Other “Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” Col 3:13 Bear With Each Other; Forgive those who harm. Harsh words or misdeeds Require an extended arm. In the miracle of forgiveness, Peace attends your soul; Healing takes hold; Freedom the goal. Resentment and hatred Kill heart, soul and mind; Destroy the user, Whose emotions they find. Ask God for His miracle To take away this sin. Replace it with love And deep peace within. We cannot forgive— Impossible for each one. It takes a miracle from God To remove the anger and pardon. When you find it hard To Bear With Each Other, Surrender it to God; With forgiveness He’ll cover. Bear With Each Other, Because forgiveness is the key To a life that is healthy— Experienced more fully. There’s no point in resenting, Or hating your brother. Let God cover your hatred— Joy of unity and love to discover. © Copyright 2008-2012 Maureen LeFanue www.maureenlefanue.com

I forgive everyone as I know I should and I do not harbor resentment. For me, it is difficult to understand why others do not forgive and I become weighed down by other peoples problems.

Interesting penned thoughts about forgiveness, hate, and resentment..One thing for sure all those hurts the one doing the act of hating, resenting, and not forgiving more than the one is the object of those emotions..Very expressive work..I am glad that I chose this one to read this afternoon..Thanks for the kind review of my work..Sara

Your words do more than rhyme, Maureen, they explain the only way we can move on when moving forward seems impossible; give it to the Lord in Prayer, and leave it there! Thanks for sharing, wordancer

yet words that flow, the rhyme you know, forgiveness really matters, exactly as you try to show, hatred mind does shatter, forgive, with love although, so many curse the latter, love at end of days you know, sieve chaff from oats the patter... be there soul that matters?
