Be Your Own Best Friend

To do complete honor to yourself, You have to become your own best friend. It’s fun, too, because you give yourself permission To do all the things you like to do. My best friend and I love to paint, cartoon, drum, Chant, garden, and play with children. We don’t have To take turns, because we always agree. What is your current ‘me’ time? Do you have a ‘me day’? I do. And since I started the little me day with my best Friend, we are happier and healthier than we have ever been. Right best friend? Right! Make a list of the things you used to love to do, but Do not do any more. You best friend is waiting, and she/he Wants to begin right away. Study your list. Learn as much About yourself as you can. What do YOU really want to do? Your best friend is already on board, so you don’t have to Compromise. Another advantage is this; it is very difficult to dump yourself.
